The location of this hotel was less than ideal with no public transport from the airport, so a car is necessary. While some rooms could have been warmer at night, the breakfast and dinner options were fantastic and beautifully presented. the spa session was a worthwhile experience.
The hotel lacked a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

Easter holiday, great location, right next to skiing, and snowmobiling. the hotel's food was fantastic and there was always plenty to choose from. the staff was friendly and very helpful, taking care of us and our requests. there were fantastic spa facilities and live entertainment to keep us entertained for hours.
Our room was quite dated and old-fashioned, which we weren't too fond of. the room temperature was difficult to regulate, and it felt overly dry, which made it tough to sleep at night.
